We were allowed to leave our bags after checkout and picked them up much later than planned since our tour got delayed. No problems at all! The receptionist went out of her way to help us. Such a wonderful stay!!

When we got back, it indeed was very clean, one of the best accommodations in a long time. The location was also ideal!
